CostBeacon is a cloud infrastructure optimization platform that analyzes cloud environments and provides insights, recommendations, and tools to help users manage and reduce infrastructure costs.

The Service may include:

• Integrations with third-party cloud platforms
• Automation tools for infrastructure optimization

We may update or modify the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Cloud Account Access

The Service may require access to third-party cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

By connecting your cloud account, you authorize the Service to retrieve infrastructure and billing data necessary to provide analysis and recommendations.

The Company will not modify infrastructure without explicit authorization or user-enabled automation.

5. Optimization Recommendations

The Service may provide automated or manual recommendations to optimize cloud resources. These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Implementation decisions remain solely your responsibility
• The Company does not guarantee cost savings
• The Company is not responsible for infrastructure changes you implement

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with platform security
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Billing and Payments

Some features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable subscription fees
• Provide valid payment information
• Allow automatic recurring billing where applicable

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service may involve the processing of certain data including cloud resource metadata, usage metrics, and infrastructure configuration data.

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer infrastructure data.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, code, algorithms, and platform components of the Service are the exclusive property of CostBeacon. Users may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CostBeacon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, implementation of optimization recommendations, infrastructure changes made by users, or third-party service outages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CostBeacon from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of cloud infrastructure connected to the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, your account poses security risks, or payment obligations are not fulfilled.

Users may cancel their accounts at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
